Privacy Policy
Effective 1 November 2026. This policy covers the EasyHIIT app for iPhone and Apple Watch.
- We collect no personal data. EasyHIIT has no account, no servers, no analytics, no ads and no tracking.
- Your workouts stay on your devices. The app never sends them to us or to anyone else.
- Apple Health is optional and only used for the things described below.
What the app stores
Your workouts, your workout history (date, workout name and how long you trained), your streak, badges and settings are saved in the app's own storage on your iPhone and Apple Watch. They're included in your device backups (for example iCloud Backup, if you use it), which Apple handles under its own privacy policy. Deleting the app deletes this data. You can export your history at any time (Train > This week > Export).
Apple Health
Saving to Apple Health is an EasyHIIT PRO option and is off until you turn it on. When you allow it:
- On iPhone, EasyHIIT writes each finished workout to Health as High Intensity Interval Training, with an estimate of active energy (calories). To make that estimate it reads your most recent weight (body mass) from Health. It reads nothing else.
- On Apple Watch, during a workout EasyHIIT reads your heart rate and active energy to show them, and saves the workout, active energy and heart rate to Health.
Health data is used only for these features. It never leaves your devices through EasyHIIT, is never shared with anyone, never used for advertising or marketing, and never stored in iCloud by the app. You can change or remove EasyHIIT's access at any time in the Health app (Sharing > Apps) or in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health. Workouts already saved to Health stay there until you delete them in the Health app.
Apple Watch
Your iPhone sends your workouts and PRO status to your Apple Watch, and the Watch sends finished workouts back, directly between your own devices using Apple's Watch Connectivity. Nothing passes through our servers; we don't have any.
Notifications
Phase notifications during a workout are local notifications created on your iPhone. No notification data is sent anywhere.
Purchases
EasyHIIT PRO subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, Apple Account, or payment details. The app checks your subscription with Apple's StoreKit on your device.
Children
EasyHIIT doesn't collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. If the app ever starts collecting data, we'll say so here and in the App Store before it does.
